Who we are
ForFarmers Financial Services is based in Bredasdorp, Western Cape, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Funding application: name and surname, business or farm name, email, phone number, province or district, commodity, amount required, purpose of funding, your message, and any documents you attach (for example ID, company documents, business plan, financials or production plan).
- Contact and partnership forms: name and surname, email, phone number, organisation, the type of partner or enquirer you are, and your message.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or partnership request.
- To assess funding and support options for your enterprise.
- To keep records of our communication with you.
We process your information based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on each form, and where needed to take steps you have asked us to take. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with funding, technical, market or logistics partners only where this is needed to assess or support your enquiry, and only where you have agreed. Our website host and form or email provider process information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Please do not send sensitive documents by unsecured channels. We will tell you how to send documents safely after your first enquiry.
Third-party services
This website loads the Montserrat font from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google and your IP address is shared with Google. Our email and phone links open your own apps, so those messages are governed by your provider.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent. Email info@forfarmers.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
